Genasys Communications Canada (GCC) is a subsidiary of Genasys Inc., a global provider of critical communications solutions to help keep people safe.
GCC began more than two decades ago in the National Research Council, the primary research and technology organization of the Canadian government. Genasys products are designed specifically to enhance situational awareness, communication and control, and mass notification. Ideal for corporations, government, communities and campuses concerned with: public safety and security as per workplace safety acts; natural disaster communication requirements; NFPA 72-2010 for fire safety; FEMA’s FPC 65 & 67 directives for emergency mass notification for all municipal, state and federal infrastructure; and HEA and Clery Acts from the U.S. Department of Education.
Genasys also delivers critical email-to-SMS mobile content and broadcast voice alerts. Genasys solutions are independent of device, platform or carrier (nation-wide deployments require carriers), are infrastructure independent, feature solar power, battery back-up and satellite connectivity, and can deploy on-premise products through partners and OEM’s to hosting providers or platform vendors. Genasys has expert professional services with its partners focusing on North America and EMEA.
